This fun & interactive 3-hour workshop equips expecting moms and their partners with a few tools to be prepared for the labor and birth of their baby. Each pregnant participant will receive booklets packed with evidence-based information. Topics discussed:

*Comfort measures and tools for labor & birth

*Birth partners will learn how to best support laboring moms

*Birth planning and birth choices

Please note that this is not a comprehensive childbirth preparation class. Participants are encouraged to prepare ahead of the workshop by learning about the process of birth with the resources that are sent to each participant.
